We're looking for a dedicated Shift Engineer to oversee the daily functions and maintenance of all building facilities. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the property, including high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting facilities, managing customer requests, and maintaining detailed records to ensure a seamless workflow between shifts. Roles and Responsibilities Facility Monitoring & Maintenance: Inspect and monitor the functions of all building facilities, including lifts, DG sets, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, and electricity supply . Ensure the upkeep of the entire property , including the maintenance of high-rise buildings. Customer & Issue Management: Report and follow up on any requests and complaints from customers to the management office. Follow up on pending issues carried forward from the previous shift to ensure timely resolution. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain handover/takeover log books for each shift. Check and maintain the log books and checklists of all facilities. Prepare and send Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to the Operations Manager. Skills Strong knowledge of building facilities, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems . Excellent observational skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and follow-up skills to manage customer requests and pending issues. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and log books. Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment. Qualifications A Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical engineering.
