Position - Facility Executive -Soft Exp: 2+years Location:- Hyderabad - Somajiguda Notice period: imm - 15days Preferred : Male mounika.b@in.knightfrank.com Role & responsibilities Lay down housekeeping standards for all sites. • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that these standards are met. • Selection and training of Housekeeping personnel at the sites. • Advise the Site Manager on implementing various cost effective measures. • Co-ordinate with vendors • Ensure receipt and analysis of site reports to identify loopholes and avert crisis. • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function. • Ensure required staff strength is maintained at all time as agreed in the contract and coordinate with office and fill the vacancy if any shortage on man power. • Ensure all the Housekeeping equipment supplied by agency are in working condition. • Ensure all the chemical required to maintain housekeeping services are available and required stock is maintained at site at all time.
