4. Job Description (Brief overview of the job and its objectives)

Sites need to Handle:

1. LG Asafoetida Powder Manufacturing Unit

2. Plastic Box Manufacturing Unit (for LG Products)

Responsible for managing the day-to-day soft services and production operations across two manufacturing plants. Ensure seamless service delivery in housekeeping, security, and production support. Supervise, manpower deployment and maintain client satisfaction through efficient reporting and operational.

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping, cleaning, production, and security activities across both sites.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

Manage and coordinate with production staffs for daily operations.

Prepare and manage shift rosters and leave schedules for staff.

Source, deploy, and train new manpower as required.

Ensure full manpower availability daily.

Address client queries and ensure quick resolution of site-level operational issues.

Manage operations for two sites located approximately 4 km apart.

Ensure travel via bike between Sholavaram and Lakshmipuram locations.

Experience in facility management, soft services, or production support.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Working knowledge of manpower deployment.

5. Key Responsibilities:

Handle soft service, Security and Productions staffs.

6. Required Details

Education: Any Degree with basic system knowledge

Experience: Minimum 2 years in soft service

Skills: HK and Production Supervisor or executive experience

Take home salary: Rs. 30,000/- + PF + Bonus
