As an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing plants, particularly in plastic product manufacturing, you will be responsible for various key tasks. Your role will involve overseeing the recruitment process for technical positions such as operators, fitters, technicians, and other similar roles within the plant. You will be in charge of managing attendance and salary-related matters for agency employees, as well as addressing any grievances that may arise among them. Additionally, you will be required to ensure the timely maintenance and updating of training records in the system. Monitoring pest control and housekeeping programs, as well as maintaining plant hygiene, will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. Attendance at local stakeholders" meetings and plant rounds will also be part of your routine, along with arranging local cab and hotel bookings for factory visitors. In case of any emergency situations, you will be expected to respond promptly and effectively. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating the facility arrangements during audits and visits, as well as managing various committee books such as Works, POSH, EH&S, Grievance, and Fire. Ensuring compliance with regulations related to agency employees" PF, ESIC, PT, and annual returns will be crucial. You will also need to conduct quarterly checklists for transport, canteen, and facility management, including handling canteen, transport invoice, and administrative tasks. Managing general notices, circulars, and disciplinary issues, as well as organizing engagement activities, wellbeing programs, birthdays, LSAs, farewells, and other events will be part of your duties. Additionally, overseeing biometric systems for agency employees and handling email ID IT requests will be among your responsibilities. Coordinating the annual maintenance contracts for AC, lifts, pallet trucks, and weighing balances, and serving as the single point of contact for plant administrative queries and issues will also be part of your role.,
