Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely project completion. Develop and implement facility management plans to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze data to optimize facility operations and reduce costs. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of building systems and facility management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
