Role & Responsibilities

• Work with headmasters, teachers, students (Grades 1–8), and parents/community (25% focus each).
• Teach spoken English (secondary level), conduct remedial classes, and use LMS/tech tools for learning.
• Support teachers with pedagogy, classroom practices, workshops, and mindset change.
• Observe sessions, identify gaps, and build Professional Learning Communities across schools.
• Maintain reports, data, and attend reviews/meetings.
• Engage with parents & community through workshops and awareness sessions.
• Assist in School Development Plans (SDP) and participate in training/self-learning.

Candidate Profile

• Education: D.Ed/B.Ed/M.Ed + Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Experience: 5+ years teaching.
• Age: 28+ years.
• Languages: Marathi, English, Hindi.
• Work Hours: 8 hrs/day, 6 days/week (2 Saturdays off + Sundays).
• Open to working in challenging community contexts.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
