We're Hiring – Design Thinking Facilitator Consultants (Youth Programs)*

Inqui-Lab Foundation is looking for experienced facilitators skilled in Design Thinking, innovation, and problem-solving to engage college students (ages 16–25).

*Role Overview:*

- Facilitate structured, activity-based Design Thinking workshops in Telangana colleges

- Conduct 12–15 sessions over a 1-month period

- Manage engagement across 6–7 assigned colleges

- Guide students through problem definition, ideation, user validation, and prototyping

- Ensure an engaging and professional learning experience

*Compensation:* ₹2,000 per session + travel reimbursement
