The Facilitator – Community Outreach Programme* will play a key role in supporting and executing the outreach, educational, and fundraising initiatives of *Bodhini Foundation for Holistic Education*. The role involves engaging with diverse communities, institutions, and organizations to promote the Foundation’s vision and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Facilitate Projects & Programs:*
* Coordinate and implement various projects and programs of the Bodhini Foundation as planned and executed from time to time.
2. *Community Engagement & Promotion:*
* Interact with and educate people, communities, and institutions of varying nature to promote the Foundation’s initiatives.
* Support and participate in fundraising events and promotional activities of the Foundation.
3. *Educational Outreach:*
* Organize and conduct educational outreach programs, awareness sessions, and workshops in *schools, colleges, associations*, and other institutions.
* Represent the Foundation at community events, seminars, and awareness drives.
4. *Reporting & Coordination:*
* Maintain activity records, feedback reports, and assist in program documentation.
* Work closely with the Foundation’s team to ensure smooth execution of outreach initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Graduate in *Education / Social Work / Communication / Any relevant discipline*.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and local language).
* Passion for social development, education, and community engagement.
* Ability to plan, organize, and conduct events and workshops independently.
* Willingness to travel for outreach and field programs.
