Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing strategies to streamline the sales process and enhance overall efficiency will be a key aspect of your role. Communication: Ensuring clear and consistent communication within the sales team and with other relevant departments is crucial for successful collaboration. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to align sales efforts and provide a unified customer experience. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and presenting regular reports to management. Training and Development: You may be involved in training and developing sales team members on best practices and sales strategies. Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues that may arise within the sales team or with other departments. Lead Management: Assisting in managing leads and ensuring they are properly qualified and passed on to the appropriate sales team members. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers.
