Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with proven sales experience, especially in a field sales role within a specific industry or sector. Your skill set should include excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, strong negotiation and closing abilities, a results-oriented mindset, independence in work, effective time management, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
