As a Paid Media Manager at Way for Web, located on-site in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of eCommerce performance marketing through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement data-driven paid strategies across various search and social platforms, focusing on revenue scaling, performance optimization, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). Your key responsibilities will include planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). You will manage multiple eCommerce client accounts, ensuring that key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition goals are not only met but exceeded. Continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages will be essential, in addition to collaborating closely with creative and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment on goals, branding, and user experience. Your role will also involve using advanced segmentation and audience targeting strategies to enhance paid media performance, monitoring budgets, pacing, and performance across platforms, and providing clear and actionable performance reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders. It will be crucial to stay updated on platform changes, digital trends, and industry best practices to proactively enhance campaign results. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 12 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably within a digital marketing agency. Expertise in eCommerce marketing, proficiency in Google Ads (including Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns), and skills in Meta Ads Manager are essential. Strong analytical skills, experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, along with excellent client communication, time management, and project organization skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications, familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, GA4, and third-party attribution tools, experience with emerging paid platforms like TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads, and comfort in managing media budgets over $50K/month per client or account.
