Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Facebook Marketing Executive to manage our paid and organic campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in education or EdTech marketing, with strong skills in lead generation and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for course promotions.
• Create engaging ad copies, visuals, and targeted content to attract potential learners.
• Monitor campaign performance and share reports to improve ROI.
• Work closely with the sales and academic teams to support enrollment targets.
• Stay updated with the latest EdTech and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media or Facebook marketing (preferably in EdTech).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and analytics tools.
• Creative and analytical mindset with good communication skills.

Location: Trivandrum Branch, Technopark, Phase 4
