Hiring for Facade Manager with 8 to 12 years' experience in residential and commercial real estate projects for a leading real estate developer in Bangalore. Responsibility: To Understand the Project delivery Scope. Having basic knowledge on the various Faade elements and its characteristics. To Co-ordinate and prepare WBS for the Project Scope with manpower deployment plan. To Estimate and evaluate the Faade costing for the project as per current market analysis and propose value engineering with respect to costing. To Co-ordinate and ensure the consultants and Designs deliveries reach to site team as per the schedule of deliveries required before commencing the project execution. To Review the Tender drawings, shop drawings and comment for any deviations and shortcomings on the details in the drawings. Propose Value Engineering details or information during various stages of design either with respect to the cost or to the time. Prepare Log of Deliverables received regularly and maintain deliverable tracker. Raise RFIs for any mismatch or shortcomings in the drawings. Understand the project Requirement in the Facade fabrication stage and execute as per the approved GFC’s or Shop drawings. Review the SOP’s of different activities or operations and ensure the delivery of fabrication process is met the expectation and quality standards Follow up and organize manpower required (if necessary) for the relative scope of works. To Propose plan for next 2 weeks for the team, based on the targets and productivity and as per baseline schedule. Check for the resource allocation and set the targets for weekly and fortnightly basis. Track the Installation and record and analyze the project progress and report back with performance of the team and assist management for decision making. Review the mode of installation and provide suitable support and ideas in the means of operations and look for enhancing the productivity with quality and safety procedures. Ensure 100% safety compliances are met during the work tenure. Follow up for the bills and statutory compliances of the contractor and make sure the billing cycle and cash flow doesn’t hamper the work flow. Follow up for the continuous material availability required for the team and make sure the availability is planned well in advance at least for 2-3 weeks prior. Interdepartmental co-ordination with respect to design clarifications, material follow ups, manpower deployment, handing over, post order process shall have to be made on regular basis based on project requirement.

Key Performance Indicators: Managing Mapped Architect & Developer accounts. Securing BOQs from Key accounts. Generating Leads from Mapped Key Accounts. Conducting Key account meets. Preparing Quotations on Window Maker software after initial survey of the customer location. Close coordination with the sales team for closure. Key account testimonials. Handle Customer Complaints. Prepare a daily visit report. Ensuring Sales Conversion achievement. Key Interaction:- Internal:- Sale Team, Service Installation and Factory.
