Job Title: Faade Estimation Manager Overview: Responsible for leading cost estimation for all faade-related works including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum systems. This role ensures accurate pricing, coordination with internal teams, and timely bid submissions. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end faade estimation process. Review drawings, specs, and BOQs to define scope. Prepare cost estimates and material take-offs. Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams. Requirements: Bachelors in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering. 7 -10 years of faade estimation experience (3+ in a senior role). Strong knowledge of faade systems and materials. Skilled in AutoCAD and estimation tools. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple bids under tight deadlines.
