Facade BIM Coordinator

As a highly skilled and experienced Facade BIM Coordinator, your role will involve managing complex facade projects within the GCC region. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, maintaining, and coordinating detailed 3D BIM models of facade systems such as curtain walls, windows, doors, and cladding. - Ensuring model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. - Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate facade models into the overall project BIM. You will also be responsible for: - Conducting regular clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between the facade model and other project elements. - Working closely with project teams to implement solutions and minimize construction delays. - Preparing accurate and detailed drawings for fabrication and installation. - Coordinating with fabrication teams to ensure timely and accurate production of facade components. Qualifications Required: - Total work experience of 5 years is required. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule and a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.,
