Operate, monitor, and maintain laundry equipment, reporting any malfunctions. Implement and maintain inventory control for linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment. Train, mentor, and schedule laundry team members to optimize efficiency. Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requirements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement procedures to improve laundry operations. Requirements. Proven experience as a Laundry Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of laundry operations, fabrics, and equipment. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Familiarity with eco-friendly practices is a plus. Benefits.
