Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricator with deep knowledge of metal and wooden fabrication, specifically in the banquet furniture and catering equipment industry. The candidate should be capable of handling the end-to-end fabrication process of items like banquet tables, buffet counters, trolleys, partitions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and Should know how to work in a team on metal (MS, SS, Aluminum) and wood (ply, MDF, laminated boards).
• Fabricate products such as Interior, banquet tables, chafing dish counters, trolleys, partitions, and display units.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for fabrication work.
• Should have knowledge of the best and latest fabrication techniques.
• Ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to product specifications.
• Coordinate with production, design, and QC teams for timely delivery and quality standards.
• Should have knowledge of NPD (New Product Development)
• Ability to create quality parameters/standards and ensure the team follows them.

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years of hands-on fabrication experience in banquet furniture or catering product manufacturing.
• Proficiency in metal and wooden work, especially for hospitality and event products.
• Skilled in handling fabrication tools and machines.
• Ability to work independently from technical drawings and instructions.
• Attention to detail, finishing, and measurements.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop environment.
