Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing materials (metal/wood as applicable) to produce high-quality structures and components.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials (metal, wood, or composite).
Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Weld, grind, and finish fabricated products as per quality standards.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy.
Maintain tools, machines, and work area in good condition.
Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Fabricator or in a similar role.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings/blueprints.
Hands-on experience with fabrication tools and machinery.
Knowledge of welding, grinding, and finishing techniques.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit to handle fabrication tasks.
Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Fitter / Welder / Fabrication) or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of modern fabrication techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,505.28 - ₹35,570.75 per month
