Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Knowledge Requirement: Familiarity with industry-standard practices for design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA). Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials selection, and manufacturing processes. Attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality designs and documentation. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CREO, or similar) and experience with PLM engineering tools (e.g., Teamcenter, or similar) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment.
