Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Factory and Production Executive to oversee and manage daily operations at our fabrication unit in Kalher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, shop-floor execution, manpower management, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of fabricated materials. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities at the Kalher facility. Monitor and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality. Coordinate with design and planning teams for smooth execution of fabrication drawings. Maintain and enforce safety standards and factory discipline. Ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables in coordination with the purchase and store departments. Manage and guide factory workers, welders, and fitters. Prepare and maintain production reports and daily progress updates. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure fabrication quality as per standards. Key Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of fabrication, welding, cutting, and assembly processes Leadership and people management skills Basic understanding of fabrication drawings Production planning and execution skills Familiarity with safety norms and compliance requirements MS Excel / ERP system knowledge (preferred) Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in steel structure fabrication Willing to be stationed full-time at the Kalher factory Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven

LIVIO Building System is looking for an "Fabrication Engineer - LGS" Job Title: Fabrication Engineer - LGS Location: Pune Job Summary The LGS Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production process of Light Gauge Steel (LGS) sections to ensure high-quality output, efficiency, and safety. The role involves managing the roll-forming equipment, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with design and quality teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Key Responsibilities Production Management: Plan, schedule, and supervise LGS production activities to meet project deadlines. Monitor production efficiency, output quality, and machine performance. Ensure raw material availability and proper usage during production. Equipment Handling: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot roll-forming machines and related equipment. Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance. Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet the required specifications and standards. Identify and resolve quality issues during production processes. Work closely with the quality control team to implement quality improvements. Process Optimization: Analyze production data to identify areas for efficiency improvement. Suggest and implement process improvements to minimize waste and reduce costs. Team Coordination: Train and guide production staff on equipment handling and safety procedures. Coordinate with design, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth operations. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in LGS or roll-forming production processes. Proficiency in using roll-forming equipment and CAD software. Strong understanding of steel grades, properties, and fabrication techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality frameworks is a plus. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Production output vs. target.
