Your Role and Responsibilities Actively contribute to IBM Cloud Fabric Core team improvements and enhancements. Design and develop innovative services using open-source and commercial technologies at scale. Take ownership of tasks, managing them efficiently based on project requirements. Demonstrate a proactive attitude and drive projects to completion in a fast-moving environment. Engage with subject matter experts to continuously learn and refine skills. Required Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Required Technical and Professional Expertise 4+ years of experience with container deployments (Kubernetes, Rancher, OpenShift). In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and components. Strong expertise in cluster setup, management, networking, storage, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Kubernetes deployment via Helm charts. Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker, ContainerD). 4+ years of programming/automation experience using Python, Shell, and Ansible. 3+ years of experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD tools. Hands-on experience with GitHub and version control systems. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, maintenance, and software improvement skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Experience setting up and managing Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) infrastructure. Strong programming and scripting expertise using Golang, Python, and Ansible. Experience developing test automation frameworks.
