As a Manager in the FAAS Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at EY, you will play a key role in providing end-to-end services related to financial planning and analysis for clients across Americas and EMEIA. Your responsibilities will include leading financial planning activities, preparing financial statements, conducting reporting and analysis, and overseeing a team of 10-15 members. You will work closely with senior managers and leadership to ensure the timeliness and quality of work as per project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead yearly financial planning activities, monthly forecasting, and drive performance reviews through dashboards - Review budget to actuals analysis and prepare necessary commentaries for variances - Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for board review - Perform financial statement analysis and review - Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLA, and manage escalations if necessary - Lead a team and engage in hiring, structured learning, and mentorship activities - Support senior managers in business development activities - Demonstrate a good understanding of accounting concepts and apply knowledge to complex client situations Qualifications Required: - CA, ACCA (UK), CPA, or Regular MBA from a reputed institute - 7-12 years of relevant experience in entity/BU reporting and MIS reporting Skills and Attributes for Success: - Strong understanding of financial planning and reporting life cycle - Extensive experience in business unit/entity level reporting and budget analysis - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office - Knowledge of data analytics/visualization tools is an additional advantage - Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills - Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice EY is committed to building a better working world by providing long-term value for clients, people, and society.
