As a Senior Network Engineer (Secure Access Edge / App Services) at DHL IT Services, you will be part of a global team of 5600+ IT professionals dedicated to connecting people and ensuring the smooth operation of the global economy through continuous innovation and sustainable digital solutions. Your role will involve contributing to the technology backbone of the world's largest logistics company, shaping the future of logistics while working in a diverse and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting visible cases and escalated issues, collaborating with other IT support teams and specialists, and maintaining effective communication with vendors to address firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and other technology-related issues. You will also be involved in proposing and implementing changes to production devices across all IT Services Data Centers to ensure the global availability of key DHL Group services. Additionally, you will contribute to configuration life cycle automations and process improvements in infrastructure management. Your expertise in managing Telecom Security Infrastructure and associated security technologies such as Next Generation Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Load Balancers, Secure Remote Access, DNS, DHCP, and Microsegmentation will be essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Fortinet, F5 Load Balancing, DNS/IPAM, advanced troubleshooting, automation/scripting (Python), CCNP level networking/security experience, and knowledge of standard application protocols and Linux operating system will be key qualifications required for this position.
