The Leprosy Mission Trust India (TLMTI) is a distinguished NGO in India with a rich history of transforming the lives of individuals affected by Leprosy since 1874. Regardless of caste, creed, or religion, TLMTI is committed to addressing the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of those disadvantaged by leprosy. With 14 hospitals and various facilities across ten states in India, TLMTI endeavors to uphold human dignity and eradicate leprosy. TLMTI is currently seeking individuals with experience in fundraising or freshers who are passionate about making a difference. The organization is looking for dedicated and energetic direct sales professionals to join the Resource Mobilization team. As a part of this team, your primary responsibility will be to interact with potential donors and seek their support in achieving TLMTI's project goals. Job Summary (F2F Resource Mobilizer): As a representative of TLMTI, you will engage in face-to-face conversations to raise monetary support for the organization. Your role will involve learning about TLMTI's work, understanding the stories of beneficiaries whose lives have been positively impacted, and enrolling donors through face-to-face meetings. Working collaboratively with your team, you will aim to achieve monthly targets and contribute towards the organization's objectives. It is essential to demonstrate commitment, adhere to guidelines, and support your colleagues in achieving collective success. Requirements: TLMTI is looking for young and dynamic individuals who enjoy interacting with new people on a daily basis. Strong communication skills in English, the ability to engage individuals in compelling conversations during face-to-face meetings, and a genuine interest in direct sales or fundraising are essential requirements for this role.
