Fiber Engineer Experience: 2 - 6 years Location: Pune & Gurgaon (Hybrid Mode - Rotational Shift) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fiber Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the telecom sector and possess hands-on expertise with key fiber optic design and documentation tools. Responsibilities: Design, plan, and optimize fiber optic networks. Utilize Aramis for network planning and design. Perform Drafting of fiber network layouts and schematics. Work with F2 systems for fiber management and inventory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve fiber network issues. Requirements: 2-6 years of proven experience as a Fiber Engineer or similar role within the telecom industry. Proficiency in Aramis for fiber network design and planning. Strong skills in Drafting fiber optic network documentation. Familiarity with F2 (Fiber Fast/Fiber Flow) or similar fiber management systems. Experience with Amdocs systems or processes is a plus. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid mode with rotational shifts . Strong communication and teamwork skills.
