Plan, execute, and report weekly on performance and next actions. Key Responsibilities SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page) Site audits (crawl/index, Core Web Vitals, schema, internal linking). Keyword clusters for HRMS/Payroll/Attendance; content briefs and on-page optimization. Ethical link-building and E-E-A-T hygiene. Performance Marketing (PPC) Launch/optimize Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and LinkedIn Ads . A/B test keywords, creatives, audiences, and landing paths to hit CPL/CAC. Always-on retargeting with offer testing. SMM & Content Own LinkedIn/Instagram/YouTube calendar: explainers, reels, carousels, customer stories, compliance tips. QA Testers Web & Mobile hyderabad 0 - 4 years INR 2.5 - 4.5 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

About the Role We are looking for two passionate and detail-oriented QA Testers to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in both manual and automation testing, with strong knowledge of testing web and mobile applications. Hands-on expertise in Cypress and Selenium is mandatory. Familiarity with Jest and JUnit will be an added advantage. ## *Key Responsibilities* * Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications (manual & automated). * Perform functional, regression, integration, cross-browser, and cross-platform testing. * Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using *Cypress* and *Selenium*. * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects. * Implement and maintain test automation frameworks. * Ensure high-quality deliverables by validating functionality, usability, and performance. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous testing improvements. * Report bugs and track issues through to resolution. * Document test results and maintain test reports. ## *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). * *0-2+ years of proven experience* in manual and automation testing. * Strong expertise in *Cypress* and *Selenium* (mandatory). * Familiarity with *Jest, **JUnit*, or other testing frameworks. * Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. * Hands-on experience with API testing and debugging tools is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ## *Nice to Have* * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). * Knowledge of mobile automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, etc.). * Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust, etc.).
