You will be responsible for developing national-level sales strategies, nurturing high-value client relationships, and ensuring brand visibility through impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage sales operations across multiple regions in India. Develop, implement, and monitor national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals. Identify and secure high-value clients, with a focus on long-term strategic partnerships. Oversee lead generation, conversion processes, and contract negotiations. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value. Client & Market Engagement Maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients and key stakeholders in the intercity travel industry. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums nationwide. Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. Team Management Mentor and guide regional sales teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Set performance targets, review progress, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities. Marketing & Brand Visibility Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels and client touchpoints. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 7–14 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in SaaS, transportation, or technology-based industries. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding national sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Multilingual proficiency is a strong advantage; Hindi fluency is mandatory . Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and sales analytics. Willingness to travel extensively across India, often at short notice. Valid driving license and access to personal transport.
