Position Title: Head of Early Years Programme (EYP) Department: Early Years Reports to: Principal / Head of School In Brief: Academic Leadership, Team Management, Students Development, Parent Communication, Curriculum Implementation and Supervision, Administrative duties and Compliances and Policies Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors or Masters degree with Early Childhood Education or related field. Leadership experience in an early years setting (usually 10+ years) in an IB or equivalent school with International Mindedness Strong understanding of child development theories and curriculum frameworks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Passionate about early childhood education and nurturing young learners.
