As a Beauty Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to provide a variety of beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, and other aesthetic services. It is essential to create a welcoming and professional environment for clients, ensuring high standards of hygiene, customer service, and treatment quality. Your key responsibilities will include performing professional beauty treatments like manicures and pedicures (including nail art, gel polish, and nail care), facials and skin treatments customized to meet client needs, waxing, threading, and other hair removal services, makeup application, and eyebrow shaping. You will be expected to assess clients" needs and recommend suitable treatments or products, maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build client loyalty. Staying updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will need to manage appointments, coordinate with the front desk for smooth operations, promote and sell beauty products to enhance client experience and meet sales targets, and adhere to franchise protocols and guidelines. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule and weekend availability. The work location is in person.,
