The Eye OT Assistant will support ophthalmic surgeons during eye surgeries for both Ayushman Bharat and general patients. Responsibilities include preparing the operation theatre, sterilizing instruments, assisting during surgical procedures, managing patient positioning, and ensuring post-operative cleanliness and documentation. The assistant must maintain aseptic conditions and coordinate with the medical team for smooth workflow. Basic requirements include a diploma or certificate in Operation Theatre Technology or relevant experience in ophthalmic surgeries, knowledge of OT protocols, and the ability to work under pressure with compassion and efficiency. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
