Role & responsibilities A proactive and skilled IAM Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical execution across our identity and access management (IAM) platforms, including Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Privileged Access Management (PAM) and SailPoint IIQ. This role is critical to ensuring that IAM processes such as identity lifecycle management, access (de-)provisioning, and governance meet security, compliance, and operational requirements. The IAM Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, design efficient workflows, support process testing and training, and ensure documentation and reporting align with audit and regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a structured approach to process modeling, and hands-on IAM experience in regulated environments Preferred candidate profile Professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role. Hands-on experience working with Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, PAM solutions (e.g., Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust), and SailPoint IIQ.
