: We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in the Masterbatch Manufacturing unit, specifically handling polymer-based and pigment (paint) applications. The role involves operating machinery for mixing, extrusion, and pelletizing of masterbatches used in the plastics and coatings industry. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor masterbatch production machinery (e.g., extruders, mixers). Load raw materials (polymers, pigments, additives) as per batch instructions. Ensure product quality through routine visual and mechanical checks. Maintain clean and safe working conditions in line with company policies. Record daily production data and report deviations to the supervisor. Perform minor equipment maintenance and assist in troubleshooting issues. Follow SOPs and adhere to safety and quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency. Candidate Profile: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or relevant discipline Prior experience in plastic, polymer, or paint manufacturing is an advantage Willingness to work in shift operations Good understanding of production safety and machinery handling Strong attention to detail and discipline in following process instructions
