Operate and monitor extrusion machines as per production requirements
Set machine parameters such as temperature, speed, pressure, and die settings
Ensure continuous production with minimum downtime and wastage
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance for major issues
Conduct in-process quality checks as per specifications
Maintain production records, logs, and job cards
Follow safety rules, SOPs, and housekeeping standards (5S)
Assist in material loading, changeovers, and start-up/shutdown activities
