You will be part of the D&A Operations team at London Stock Exchange Group, providing a range of customer and operational services. Your primary responsibilities will include technical onboarding, software certification, and client support. As a member of the Post Trade Onboarding team, you will focus on certifying and onboarding clients on the transactions platform across various asset classes. Collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Professional Services, Product Development, and Support teams will be key in understanding bespoke business workflows and translating them into software solutions. Your role will involve significant external communication with clients" tech teams and their technology vendors. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic projects such as the rollout of new platform functionalities, system improvements, and regulatory changes. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around building client trading environments, creating internal and external user profiles, configuring trading/clearing accounts, enabling broker trading connections, and integrating complex clearing solutions. You will coordinate certification calls with clients to ensure successful onboarding and integration, create integration and production environments, and support pre-sales teams with demonstrations and architectural advice. Key responsibilities include integrating with brokers and clients, facilitating connections, onboarding new clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders for integration requirements, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with various teams within the organization. You should possess strong communication skills, be a team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in client-focused settings with a focus on detailed processes and workflows. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in a programming language (C, C++, Java), Unix, SQL/Database management, and FIX Protocol/onboarding and certification. Knowledge of OMS/EMS products and electronic trading domains is desirable. Additionally, familiarity with scripting languages, networking protocols, Futures, options asset classes, and a quick learning ability with attention to detail will be advantageous.
