Work closely with Business to present new developed solutions on Process Mining and ARIS Dashboarding. ARIS Process Repository Management – Tenant setup and configuration of process space for organization to understand and use the documented Processes. Administration of ARIS Portal and PPM to manage overall lifecycle of developed and deployed capabilities on ARIS, including – SAML/OAuth integration, LDAP config, SSL Config, SSO setup, etc. Study, train and interact continuously with local stakeholders to develop/customize a Process capability that brings high business impact/benefit. Work closely with the internal teams to understand the scope to offer and quote appropriate set of processes and execution model. Pave a path for effective execution of process customization, configuration, and implementation. Thereafter, monitor and communicate process deployment milestones. Ensure perfect transfer of process from deployment to ‘service delivery’ without leaving space for uncertainty. Develop and setup Process Mining capability – which includes data identification, extraction, transformation and data cleansing to feed process mining analysis. This will include managing data sets from various data sources which are internal/external to the platform environment. You will bring Minimum 8 years of experience in Process Modelling system - ARIS.
