Job Overview

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Neo Bank External Enquiries team. The ideal candidate will have prior expertise in Transaction Monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence, Customer Screening, Anti-Money Laundering, and Suspicious Activity Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle external enquiry processes related to financial transactions.
• Apply AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and SAR (Suspicious Activity Reporting) procedures effectively.
• Work with accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to compliance and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in:
• TM (Transaction Monitoring)
• EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence)
• CYSY (Customer Screening System)
• Anti-Money Laundering
• SAR (Suspicious Activity Reporting)

Selection Process

• HR Screening
• Typing Test – 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Non-Voice Versant Test – Score 64
• Operations Interview

Work Arrangement

• Mode: Work from Office
• Transport:
• One-way cab (night only, 7 PM – 7 AM)
• Free transport for women employees at night
• Male employees charged ₹75 per one-way trip

Compensation

• CTC: Up to ₹7,50,000
• Take-home: ₹52,800/month
• Incentives: Up to ₹2,000/month based on performance
• 30% hike on previous organization’s CTC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
