Overview: Principal/Associate Electrical Engineer Role: Responsibilities: Lead detailed electrical engineering design using tools like Revit and Amtech, focusing on sustainability and net-zero targets. Deliver high-quality projects within deadlines and budgets, ensuring accuracy in reports, drawings, and models. Represent in client and stakeholder meetings, managing external relationships. Prepare technical specifications, schedules, and design reports, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Oversee team contributions to Revit and mentor junior team members, potentially assuming a line management role. Manage project finances, scope, and quality, while keeping leadership informed of key decisions. Actively engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to create environmentally responsive designs. Key Design Work Areas: Electrical design in sectors such as residential, commercial, and hospitality. Conduct and review detailed calculations and design deliverables. Ensure alignment of project outcomes with scope and objectives. Additional Responsibilities: Attend client, site, and external design team meetings. Drive innovation by adopting new technologies and analysis tools. Generate new work streams through relationship management with architects, clients, and contractors. Skills and Experience: Expertise in electrical design from concept to tender stage, adhering to Indian and international codes. Experience as a Lead Electrical Engineer with strong communication and organizational skills. Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in design software and a commitment to sustainability and innovation.
