You are a Senior QA Automation Engineer with over 10 years of experience, proficient in C#, Selenium, API testing, and SQL Server. You will be based in Gigaplex, Airoli West (Navi Mumbai) and will work till 1 PM EST for 40 hours per week. You will join the QA team at CrossAsyst, a company focused on delivering technology innovation for better business outcomes and high customer satisfaction. Your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using C# and Selenium WebDriver. You will also be responsible for implementing and managing API test automation using tools like RestSharp or Postman and writing and executing SQL queries to validate backend data in SQL Server. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in Agile ceremonies, and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins are key aspects of the role. Your technical skills include a deep understanding of OOP, automation design patterns, and experience with NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest. Proficiency in API testing, SQL queries, CI/CD tools, version control systems, and test reporting tools is essential. Knowledge of BDD frameworks like SpecFlow, test management tools, Agile/Scrum environments, containerized environments, and cloud platforms is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. You are expected to mentor QA team members, review their test automation code, create and maintain automation test documentation, and provide root cause analysis for test failures. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is preferred, along with ISTQB or equivalent certification.
