Roles and Responsibilities Provide expert advice on corporate law matters, including company secretarial activities, legal due diligence, and structuring advice. Conduct extensive research and drafting of legal documents such as MOAs, notices, and agreements. Assist in family succession planning, Cross Border Structuring Advisory Memo and litigation cases related to FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) issues. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their business requirements. Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry. Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Chartered Accountancy (CA). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English language. Strong analytical thinking ability with attention to detail.
