Role Description To identify, attract and hire candidates to fill open positions by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. To assess training needs, and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure new hires are properly integrated and skilled. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate to understand and define staffing needs, job requirements, and the ideal candidate profile. Write clear and attractive job postings to attract qualified applicants across various platforms. Actively search for potential candidates through professional networks, job boards, social media and referrals. Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications. Utilize a recruiting software or ATS to track candidates, maintain records, and manage the application process. Schedule and manage interviews by coordinating with candidates, hiring managers and other interviewers. Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and guide candidates through the offer acceptance process. Keep up-to-date on recruitment best practices, market trends, and employment laws and regulations.
