You will be working as an Export Documentation Executive in Ludhiana. Your main responsibilities will include handling documentation execution for both pre-shipment and post-shipment processes. You should have a solid understanding of various aspects such as DGFT, Custom Clearance, exchange control, Export Orders, Export Order Management, Export/import Documentation Logistics, Export Incentives, and liaising with Shippers, Forwarders, and Banks. Your job profile will require you to possess knowledge of Freight Forwarding and experience in managing Export documentation. You will be responsible for preparing daily reports on shipments and delivery schedules. Good communication skills and proficiency in computer usage are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have knowledge about Export Schemes and be capable of preparing Export Documents for both Pre and Post Shipment activities. Furthermore, you will need to coordinate with suppliers and shipping agents to ensure the smooth execution of shipments and handle other export-related responsibilities effectively. A qualification of MBA (International Marketing)/BBA/Graduate and 1-3 years of experience in international marketing, particularly in reputed firms, are preferred for this position.,
