As a Dispatch Executive at ACG located in Shirwal, India, your primary objective will be to ensure prompt customer dispatches and effective communication post-dispatch to achieve high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting aftermarket revenue targets to contribute to the business growth and enhancing customer engagement to create new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include strategic planning to support Spares Execution in achieving monthly sales targets. You should be well-versed in SAP SD and MM modules to prepare domestic and export invoices and packing lists based on commercial clearance from the sales team. Export invoicing and related documentation will also be part of your core tasks. Moreover, you will be required to share monthly and daily Dispatch MIS, dispatch details, and docket details with customers.
