Export Head - International Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES: Bringing in and nourishing your existing business connections in the aseptic industry. Identify potential export markets for expansion and develop new clients for aseptic products. Establish and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and customers. Develop marketing collaterals and promotional strategies tailored to international markets. conditions with foreign buyers. Coordinate with production teams to ensure that products meet export standards and are available for shipment. Ensure that our products meet the export regulations and standards of the destination countries, customs procedures and import/export laws are followed. Coordinate with CHA, prepare and manage export documentation, and keep accurate records of all transactions, shipments, and communications related to exports. Oversee the logistics of shipping products, including selecting transportation methods, managing shipping schedules, and ensuring timely delivery. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints/claims, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction. Assess and manage financial risks associated with currency fluctuations, financial reporting related to exports. Develop and manage the export budget, including forecasting revenue and controlling costs. Understand and utilize international trade agreements to maximize benefits and minimize tariffs or trade barriers. Travelling for qualitative checks of B2B supplies as well as other purposes.
