Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end export operations for API products, including documentation, coordination, and compliance
Manage customer communication, respond to export inquiries, and share product information, pricing, and quotations
Process export orders, coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
Prepare and manage export-related documents including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, MSDS, COA, and Bill of Lading
Handle regulatory and customer documentation specific to APIs (DMF, COPP, WHO-GMP, etc.)
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for booking and dispatch
Monitor and track shipment status, update clients, and resolve delays or discrepancies
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, DGFT norms, and pharma export regulations
Maintain records of export transactions and generate MIS reports
Follow up for payments with overseas customers as per agreed terms
Attend to export audits, customer inspections, and regulatory inspections when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
