The role involves preparing and managing export-related documentation, coordinating with shipping lines, banks, and freight forwarders, and ensuring all export processes run smoothly and accurately.
Key responsibilities
1. Preparing export documents such a s packing lists, invoices , BL etc
2. Liasing with banks for documents and payment processing under terms of LC/TT etc
3. Coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders / CHA for booking shipments and follow ups
