Role & responsibilities Order Management: Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from sampling to final shipment. Coordinate with buyers to understand requirements and ensure timely execution of orders. Product Development: Develop and present product samples as per buyer specifications. Oversee fabric and trim sourcing, approvals, and production planning. Production Monitoring: Work closely with the production team to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the product meets buyer expectations. Costing and Budgeting: Prepare cost sheets and ensure the project stays within the approved budget. Analyze profit margins and suggest cost-saving measures where possible. Preferred candidate profile 2 -6 years of experience in garment merchandising Perks and benefits Healthy Working Environment.
