Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Designer at Explayin Media Works. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, logo design, branding, and typography for various projects. This role is based in Kochi but allows for some work from home flexibility. Qualifications Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design skills Branding and Typography skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Experience in creating visual concepts and design layouts Knowledge of the latest design trends and techniques Strong creative and visual thinking abilities Excellent time management skill

Now we need someone who can write Malayalam copy that feels authentic and English content that converts. What You'll Do Conceptualise and write 5-7 creative campaigns weekly Write 10-12 social media posts weekly (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)Script explainer videos and commercials Transcreate between Malayalam and English, culturally adapt, not just translate Develop campaign taglines, and brand manifestos Collaborate with designers, animators, and strategists What We Need Must Have: 2-4 years copywriting experience Native fluency in Malayalam + strong English Portfolio with both languages (social, video scripts, campaigns) Familiarity with incorporating AI tools into the creative workflow for initial concept generation, providing rich visual inspiration to the design team, and optimizing content output.
