Position: Senior MERN Stack Developer Location: Remote Duration: Full-time Company: Bilions Introduction Bilions is looking for an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to design, build, and optimize web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This role requires a strong technical background, expertise in framework-based development, and a passion for innovation. As part of our team, you will work on exciting projects that contribute to our growth in gaming and web development. Role Overview As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals while mentoring junior developers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. Key Objectives Build and optimize scalable and maintainable web applications. Lead technical development efforts while mentoring team members. Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams for seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities Technical Development Design and develop backend systems with Node.js and Express.js. Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js. Optimize databases and manage data with MongoDB. Framework-Based Development Utilize popular frameworks and libraries such as Next.js and Parse SDK for building scalable applications. Develop reusable components and maintain modularity in code. Leverage state management libraries like Redux for efficient application state handling. Code Quality and Optimization Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues. Collaboration and Leadership Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure smooth application testing. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in MERN stack development. Expertise in the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with framework-based development using tools like Next.js and Parse SDK. Hands-on experience with Git version control. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Netlify. Proficiency with front-end tools such as Redux, Webpack, and Babel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Familiarity with Agile development practices. Prior experience in leading teams or projects. Awareness of web application security best practices.
