We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales or leads. Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services. Follow communication scripts and handle objections professionally. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries. Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Follow up with leads and prospects via phone or email. Provide accurate information and generate interest in the product/service. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
