Expert-level Business Analysts

As an experienced Functional Business Analyst at Yaazhtech, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical solutions within an Agile framework. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing functional requirements from users and stakeholders. - Writing clear, structured, and comprehensive functional specifications. - Monitoring project progress to ensure deliverables align with business needs. - Participating in backlog management and request prioritization. - Collaborating closely with development, testing, and business teams. - Supporting change management initiatives and user training. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence, with a minimum of 15 years of Agile experience, 10 years of experience in Confluence, and 10 years of experience in Jira. - Proven experience working on complex projects in an Agile environment. - Ability to design functional models and business processes. - Sound understanding of technical architectures and software development constraints. - Excellent analytical, writing, and summarizing skills. - Good understanding of public sector services (a plus). In addition to the technical skills, soft skills that will be beneficial in this role include: - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts. - Autonomy combined with a high level of collaboration. - Strong sense of prioritization and results orientation. - Adaptability to project changes and evolving requirements. Moreover, for this position, proficiency in French and technical English is required. You will be expected to be available on-site for 2 days per week in a hybrid model, with flexibility based on project needs. Familiarity with the education sector in Belgium is considered an asset.
